Customer Support doesn’t have any involvement with the PTR so I can’t say for certain. In many cases if our Game Developers don’t have anything they are actively testing they will shut down the PTR. I’m seeing what I can find out. Alright, so as far as I can tell the PTR may be down for maintenance.
