The seamoth will eventually explode after taking enough damage from depth pressure even if it is in a cyclops. My Cyclops is sitting at close to 500m and the docked Seamoth without a depth module (200m max) is not taking any damage. So either what you said is wrong or something has changed with the "little big update". #6.
