Nov 10, 2023 · Application. I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mariner Wealth Advisors (Gettysburg, PA) in Oct 2022. Interview. The first interview was 30 minutes with HR. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was contacted by someone else to set up a 1 hour interview with 3 people I’d potentially work with.
