Half way through a service the truck will start losing oil pressure on the highway to around 26 psi and sometimes lower causing the engine shutdown lite to come on. If i change the oil filter the pressure is fine. Cut open filters 1 out of 4 were plugged.

My 2010 Cummins ISX 450 lost oil pressure today. Dropped down to about 15psi and never went any lower or higher. Did not get any codes or engine warnings. Did not lose lower either. I did notice a slight winding noise somewhere behind the fan, Jacobs brakes stopped working as well. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
