The only benefit is that it's done before you car is delivered) A high-end custom shop quoted $6k to exotic color wrap the Emira including door jams. I'd aim for $3k-5k for a color-changing wrap, but to simply preserve the OEM look I'd suggest lower than $6k.I dont count 2022 as a proper model year but if we count that too, 2025 will be Emira's 4th model year already, ignoring the initial production issues. We should expect and push Lotus as consumers to improve the reliability by this time. Along with exciting new features, editions and colours to keep the model fresh, globally.

There would have been overlap, so i4FE would have started before V6 FE finished and BE would have started before FE finished. But I think that will change due to the delays and regional reallocations.The i4 has a more modern (AMG M139) engine and gearbox, so the entire car is seen as being more up-to-date and leading edge (in its class). The Chinese “KOL” crowd also did not accept that Lotus detuned the I4 by close to 60 hp (below that of the M139 is capable of in Mercedes AMG models) in order to better promote the V6 model.I said to the Lotus guys at the roadshow that if they had a true motorsport in-house engine in conjunction with cosworth etc they could have started the Emira at 90k and sold FEs at 120k.
