There are two main builds for Lilith, which was is 'better' is up for debate. These two builds have two different main guns, the Double Anarchy SMG and the Hellfire SMG. I use the Double Anarchy, mostly because the particular SMG I found was extremely powerful at 140x4 damage, while I mostly find 90-100x4 damage.
