When I push the button to lower the volume, the volume goes up instead. Usually when I hit the lower volume control again it does end up lowering the volume.

The 14 should be similar to my 12 ex-l. The xm module is located inside the left rear trim panel, behind the wheel well. The antenna is above the rear hatch.
