Status effects are easymode, and Dex is plenty powerful on its own. Give it a shot. Dex has the least strongest toolkit out of all of the offensive stats. The dex is very low for an endgame endgame build. First softcap is at 40 and this doesn't even hit that. The second is at 60 and final is at 80. At 125. You can hit 55 dex if you take away the excessive mind. And lower endurance to 25. Can even hit 60 dex if you take away 5 points from strength.
