I was 3 cm dilated at 37 weeks with my first and my water broke at 40 weeks and 2 days so it doesn't really mean anything but your body is very ready. With my last pregnancy, I was 3 cm dilated/ 100% effaced and funneling at 30 weeks and ended up going to 39+3. 🤷 And when I delivered I was still at 3 cm and -3 station at my last check 30 minutes before. So I stayed at the same dilation for 9+ weeks and then went from 3 to 10 all within a half hour. Our bodies are wild!
