I believe torpedoes are very effective against leviathans now, though space dragons do have some point defenses. EDIT: Never mind, you're not on the new version yet. Torpedoes are still pretty good, though. 30k used to be a pretty good benchmark for fighting leviathans. Since regen now works during combat, you'll probably want more than that.
