Just copy the mods you want into the Mods folder. I only use 2 mods, NPC map locations and Lookup Anything, and they work with achievements without a problem. Note: i recommend mapping the back buttons to mod key bindings. For instance, I have the top left back button mapped to F1 for Lookup Anything. 5.
