It has 73,000 miles on it and previously I had the start stop issue so I changed both the main and aux batteries, both are AGM. I changed them in late October so they are only 4 months old right now.

This issue is happening very regularly now, at least several times a day the wipe sensor failure that disables ACC and FCW occurs, then turns off, then occurs; rinse, repeat. The problems you describe sound suspiciously like the issues many others have experienced when their batteries age to a less than optimal charge. Perhaps your dealer charged your batteries when they performed the ground recall. This might explain why it worked ok for a while.

Just wants a manual start for you to see important messages. It will also not work if the hood is up. Check to see if the hood sensor plunger or whatever is not cracked or bent.
