New Holland TC33d no crank no start. I have a new Holland TC33d that will not crank. I bought the tractor and the previous owner had wired the starter wire to the ACC terminal of the key switch to get it to crank. I bought a new switch installed it and I am getting 12 volts in the ACC, heat, and start terminals of the new key switch.

On my new holland there is a pto lever on the side behind the seat. It sets the function of the pto. Middle is neutral. The forward and back settings engage the pto inside the trans. They both have different functions, but make sure you are in either of those. Otherwise the pto won’t engage at all. It has two settings for the clutch and you can't engage the PTO unless you use adjust the clutch pedal to its highest point. The lower setting is fine for shifting gears but not for the PTO. It can be set to .060 on each bolt by using 2 1/2" wrench's, loosen lock nut then set clerance, hold bolt and tighten lock nut, this will release the p.t.o clutch sooner when pushing pedal down. If your distance is at .060 when you check it then you will have to split tractor and repair clutch.
