All I can say is that I miss the old Longs in Kapaa. It had the local feel to the store. It used to be located in the Kauai Shopping complex by Safeway. Now it's located by the coconut grove in Waipouli. Now it's like a fancy drug store with tremendously less selection. Service is alright. Prices are moderate, not to expensive. Store is clean ...
