Worked there for about 2 years, I really enjoyed my managers (i.e. one moved to another company and my most recent one was very supportive and understanding. I cannot say anything negative about my manager/director.

Horrible customer service, apathy, instability. 30 minute hold times, then you get disconnected and agent doesn't even have the decensy to call you back. Doctors disappear overnight and they leave patients scrambling to find a new Dr. while their prescriptions run out. Awful people who don't care.
Very stressful financially when your pay may vary several hundred dollars from month to month. Patients complain non-stop regarding poor communication; never can get ahold of someone on the phone or get a call back.
