Check Command center, maybe it broke and needs to be reinstalled, or maybe it just needs the lights to be reset in the program. I had the same thing happen all I had to do was update the 610m firmware and go to Alienware command.

Greetings. This is probably an easy fix, but I'm clueless. On my R15, the case lighting will randomly turn off, then immediately turn back on. The settings are default, I did not change anything in AWCC. Dim/Dark are not enabled. This has been happening since unboxing, but I'm not in a position to have a computer down, so I didn't pursue the issue.
