I recently compared the Gen 4 G30, a G30 SF, and a G30s all side by side. All were new in the box, were blue labels and were priced exactly the same.

I have a 23 and a 30SF (same grip as 30s). I prefer the full grip of the 23, the 30 has to use an oversize magazine base to accommodate my pinky; the gap between the mag base and frame is a pinky pincher (for me) , can be mostly filled with a plumbing o-ring.
