Edit: I've gone through 50+ frost caves and found many cool instances but never one like this, hence the way I reacted in the video and me thinking it is rare.

On average 5 caves would give me 1-2 trophies. 10% according to wiki. With 30 cultists and a 1/10 drop chance, you have about 4.2% chance of not getting a single drop. Within the realm of regular bad luck, I'd say. As long as the mountain you arrive at after the update drops is a "fresh" one, unexplored and unrendered, you should be able to find caves there. As long as the mountain you go to has a chance of having caves in the first place 😅. So u dont need a new world, you just need unexplored terrain. There is a world updater mod.
