I still get "load failed" on a completely fresh world. Specifically: I can create a new world, and load it fine, without ever syncing it to the cloud. Once I sync it to the cloud, I can no longer load that world ("load failed"). If I take it off the cloud, I get another "load failed", but load backup apparently succeeds.
