Dell screen blurry.

Hi, sometimes when I use my dell laptop (windows 11, intel i7 11th gen, intel uhd/nvidia rtx 3060 graphics driver) my screen gets blurry. Its not an external monitor but my laptop screen. Also it doesn't happen often but actually pretty rarely but its really weird and pretty annoying. Sometimees it just stops and sometimes I just restart. Issue - Blank Screen or No Video. There is no display on the monitor or laptop screen. The computer or monitor is turned on but the display is either blank or black. Issue - Distorted image or video, flickering, fuzzy, blurry, or color problems. Yup. I had/have this monitor, got it at a really good price, too good of a price, from Dell. The black smearing and motion blur will never get better no matter the settings you try. My solution at the time was to give it to my wife and I bought a different monitor.
