Yes, this is what most owners do. I'd use what's specified in the manual. I use 75/90 royal purple in the front and I beleive it was 75/140 for the rear but can't remember would have to look at book again. Also run royal purple in rear. My truck has the e locker never used any additive and never had an issue.
