Try rolling all windows up then go to each individual door and hold the switch up for 5 seconds. So driver side door, hold switch up 5 second then passenger side door, hold switch up 5 seconds, etc until complete. Should reset and hopefully fix your issue. If if fiddle with it for a while I can get it back up. I tried the procedures from the manual and also talked about in the sticky with no change.

After the dealer reset failed to correct the window bounce, the service writer just use a screwdriver to clean out gunk in the window's upper channel. Problem solved! The bounce was just caused by gunk blocking full closure.
