Hey! I've been trying to submit a support ticket so I can get a replacement shell for my Oculus Quest 2 face cover, but for some reason, the serial number keeps popping up as invalid. I'm getting it from the number underneath the QR Code on the Quest itself, but it hasn't been working at all, and it keeps saying it's invalid. The serial number on the box is different than the headset serial number and touch controller serial numbers. The box serial number represents the entire kit. This was the same for the Oculus Go.
