There are 2 sensors bank 1 and bank 2 (passenger side and driver side). The dealer is full of it. Just because one goes does not mean the other will go. This is an easy DIY repair. The hard part is reaching behind the motor to reach the sensor if it is the pasenger side. It is one bolt and one plug.
