The serial number on the receiver says 210287 and it seems to be from 1942 but the stock is from Bianchi circa 1960 (with thanks to Johnny Rotten for the lead).For what it is worth Ruth's Carbine owner's guide has an estimated or approximate manufacture date window of Oct-Dec 1943 for serial range 4075000- 4180000.
