Kimber custom ii 10mm problems.
The only thing missing for me was a rail, and the TLE/RL II has taken care of that. This RL II starts with a steel frame with a high cut front strap and 30-lpi checkering. The trigger is an aluminum, match-grade, standard-length trigger set to 4.5 pounds. As a Custom II pistol, it uses a firing-pin safety.

They say shoot them they will break in . I had to slide the rounds in one at a time by hand. You cannot put a mag in and let it slide forward .The Camp Guard 10mm Auto from Kimber is one such handgun, designed from top to bottom for a specific role. The Kimber Camp Guard 10 is the third and my final 10mm Auto pistol, and it is the second 1911-based 10mm Auto pistol with the Springfield XDM 5.25 10mm Auto being the oddball of the group. My pistol is brand new, around 200 rounds thru it, but I loaded a bunch of plated flat point 180gr bullets at 1.25” and am experiencing a lot of jams. At the range today fired 50 rounds of American Eagle and 50 rounds of Sig Sauer Elite Performance 180 grain FMJ. Also fired 16 rounds of Buffalo Bore 21B (180 gr JHP) and 16 rounds of Hornady 180 gr XTP. Used two Kimber magazines and a Wilson Combat. The pistol is accurate and easy to control.

I much preferred the Kimber in 10MM, with the ramped barrel and very well supported chamber, over the Delta. Still think the Eclipse was one of the best looking 1911 type guns I ever had.
