the exhaust manifold is in the head - same on both the tsx and si. If you're trying to get rid of the integrated exhaust manifold setup, the tsx isn't going to help in that area. The only issue is the placement for the shifter cables is not the same as K20z3.. The cables will not bolt up to the bracket AND your mechanism and work the gears properly. The bracket needs to be relocated.
