I don't have problems moving my tent even with a set CAMP. Just open your favorites (press F) and then press T to place your tent. You can't place it near buildings or structures, just walk a bit til it turns green. So before i laid down my C.A.M.P. I put down a tent (survival). The Enclave tent is nice, what with the ammo storage and all, but it's a little twitchy. Teammates often have a problem with it being grayed out on the map and unusable for fast travel.
