All of these may spawn as named versions; you are basically missing an alchemist. On top of that: 1 alchemist and 1 random priest. Those may spawn as up to III afaik.

There is a chance creating a page will fail and produce a failed spell page, but apparently that is a set chance and nothing impacts it. So at the moment, higher tier sorcerer thralls are no better the the bottom tier one.
