This time it looked to be from the compression ring holding the turbo and exhaust together. I took the ring off and cleaned it up. Sure enough! Oil is seeping where the turbo mates with the exhaust. I'm assuming the turbo fan seal is shot. A friend of mine worked at a national chain oil change place & straight out told me they put what ever they want into the customers car.
