Not sure on exactly how. But look at converting the botw save from switch to Wii u. Then you go from there. I remember way back I did the opposite, wiiu to switch. I assume the same tool can do the opposite. This is of course assuming the save files are the same format as on the console itself.

There are some mods, that you copy-paste into graphicPacks folder and later you just tick the checkbox in the Graphic Packs section of CEMU. And I highly recommend you to watch youtube channel BSoD Gaming there are tons of useful info on CEMU and other emulators and step-by-step guides to setup and configure them.Depending on the game and how your downloaded save file is packaged, the process for replacing your save file with the new one will be different. In all honesty, Trainers are redundant in BotW; Cemu's Graphic Pack Checkboxes will handle everything you need. The URL to the Save Game Editor is a phenomenal, if somewhat limited, Editing Tool. For example, you can make all of the Weapons in your Inventory all have 999 Attack Power with 6,553,500 (BotW's max by the way) Durability.So i recently built a new pc and before I wiped my hard drives i saved my CEMU folders to an external drive. Cemu started to crash when i opened BOTW on my new pc so i installed CEMU agin to the new pc and moved my mlc01 folder into the new install, the problem im having now is that I dont see my saves in game and it made me restart. is there something i did wrong?

Well I just managed to get Epona via save editor, might add in all the other amiibo exclusives that way too, takes the fun and RNG of the chest drops but It's alot quicker.Upload your save file and change it to switch, then download it. You can convert your save file from a wii u format to a nintendo switch format but you will have to hack/mod your nintendo switch in order to transfer that save file (not worth doing).
