If I've done the math on this correctly (please check me) since 1913 there have been 3981 typical bucks entered into the PA records of which 219 have surpassed the 160" mark. This would mean approximately 5% (I think) of the millions of hunters that have entered the PA woods since 1913 have killed a 160" buck.
