Some mods dont work on bg3manager and others on vortex Those are mods that don't bother updating requirements. It is true that Vortex had issues with BG3 (emphasis on the past tense here) - because it could not properly operate on the game's modsettings file. This is no longer the case since (I believe) end of November.
