Door hinge area wiring is more apt to be a wire broken inside the insulation area. Sway bar links and bushing are wear items, use a pry bar to see if / what has play in it. Shocks or their mounts would be my next check item along with loose exhaust or heat shields. Suspension bushings, etc. . Many possibilities.
