PF2's take on the bard doesn't fit as cleanly into this concept as PF1's did and it's got the extra mechanical problem of having one routine that's so good you don't really want to do anything else so it's definitely a lot less compelling than most of the other classes to me.

Bard is already one of the strongest classes. That 1 action Cantrip to give the entire team +1 to hit and damage is an action well spent. They definitely don't need a buff. I'm surprised they already buffed them by giving them all martial weapons though admittedly they already had a fair number (more than rogues even).
