When I gain any coins from the Battle Pass, they disappear as soon as I close the game. I had at least 1900 white coins and 250 gold coins before the update, now I have 0 of each and can’t access the shop. Some VPNs are also offering malware blocking, ads/tracking blocking and safety browsing. So it could be possible that you are using one of those VPNs. The route through the VPN is blocking a tracking link which Blizzard uses before showing credits or shop data. Could be going via Google Analytics, Firebase, or any that is marked as a 'tracker'.Same thing with me. Seems like everything's going wrong with the game right now.
