Nope, no way in vanilla to change the color but there is a very good mod called dub's paintshop that will let you do so to armor, walls, floors, furniture as you see fit. AFAIK it’s only white. Cataphract armor changes color with armor grade though, and is black at legendary. Get dubbs paint mod.
