I have been using Kathy's Custom Tailor & Dry Cleaning for over 10 years. I have really tested her skills asking her to transform a dress into a completely different look. She nailed it every time. Honestly, I saw a review or two that was not complementary. I find it impossible to believe. Maybe it was the customer.
