The IWE actuators (I used the 2011-2015 F150 Dorman IWE kit for this guide, OEM part# is 7L1Z3C247A, I believe). 3). The IWE Vacuum Line (part# BL3Z-7A785-A). 4). If it goes away when you switch it to 4x4 its a bad IWE or IWE solenoid. If it is the IWE grinding it's not urgent but it'll eventually grind itself out and the hub won't lock when you put it in 4x4. I assume you still have warranty being a 2016.
