This is all I have lol. For me, Uwoooorld CARS taught me that every answers have a tangible explanation and backed up by a specific evidence in the passage. Not too sure if it’s harder or easier but at least taught me that skill. Personally I think it's a lot easier than Jack Westin. But I also think AAMC is too.

I'm honestly scoring worse on the section bank than on uworld. Section bank kicked my ass and I consistently hit 512-513 on AAMC FL. No you should not. Just focus on learning. The PS was very representative and the style of the BB passages was representative as well. I thought the physics was harder than aamc material but still fair. I’ve heard that uworld uses some of the same passages as aamc for cars but never did any. The main advantage of uworld is the explanations on the qs. Very in-depth and informative.

The EK practice exams and UWorld both seemed a lot harder than the actual MCAT. The SB and the AAMC full lengths were about the same level of difficulty. I went into the test center feeling pretty good. I had a great night of sleep and a good breakfast. Up until a week before the exam, I was feeling very nervous.
If you have to choose between UWorld and the AAMC QPs then you should absolutely do UWorld (except for with CARS). AAMC = gold standard.
