There's a place in the settings where we can load amiibo.bin files. I haven't tested how to use them yet tho. If your phone has an NFC chip then you can use an app called TagMo to write amiibo files to NFC tags and then Yuzu Android will be able to use those tags in-game, but AFAIK there's no way to simply use the amiibo files.
