We have had problems with the transmission not up shifting up from a stop. The frequency has been getting worse, from the first year to the fourth year. The battery and alternator tests passed but the third test (charging fault) failed. I have been reading around and some people are saying that it could be battery sensor or the fuse of battery sensor. Took the Odyssey back to the Honda Dealer. They checked for codes (none found), then ran multiple diagnostic tests. What they found is a low "L" signal from the alternator, also known as the lamp signal. When the FI ECU detects a low "L" signal from the alternator, it activates the Check Charging System message and Battery light.
