Innodem has heavy Finisher multipliers as well as the heavy naturally comboing into finishers, Dehtat (and all rapiers, really) have forced bleeds, and Arca Titron has the huge Hammer back finisher multiplier and also gets its slam buff from every enemy killed by a finisher.

As far as completeing challenge., take a frame that opens enemies to finishers (excal, ivara, equinox) and mod thier shields as high as possible and be very carefull.
