Old row are the original houses at UGA, like the oldest most established houses. Typically old row houses are top at UGA. The houses most similar to Big 10 and northern sororities are all new row for sure. KD, DDD, DZ (some), GPHI (some), SDT, Pi Phi, Old row you need money and to know someone in it to get in.
