The closest feel to Sugarloaf has been Mt Bachelor and Bend is a very cool city but is a bit of a drive to the ocean. Love Bend and Bachelor, lack of on hill lodging is a bit of a downer. Though they do have full electrical hookups and shower houses for their RV area now!
