Sorry, that wasn't clear. Unfortunately, Navy Fed does not control Zelle. If the Zelle security system denies a transaction because it thinks the transaction is suspicious, there is nothing you, BOA, or Navy can do. I don't understand how it could mark the transaction as Fraudulent when no such thing occurred at BOA.
Yep, Navy has had issues recently with Zelle. On occasion, I would try to send a Zelle and a few hours later I'd get a kickback saying that NFCU and the other FI weren't able to complete the transaction for whatever reason.
