Out of the box, Suprim and ROG Strix 4090's are going to overclock better and higher than the PNY/Palit/Gigabyte/MSI Gaming Trio pretty much 10 times out of ten. No way you'll gain 14% going from a 5950x to a 5800x3d. That benchmark isn't very CPU limited. It can make a difference, but nothing like 14%. With my 3090, my 5800x3D actually scored worse than my 5800x in Superposition. Not a 4090 but it scored WORSE probably due to the lower clock speed.

Strix is built like a piece of art in comparison. The premium product is all about the user experience with as little annoyance as possible. The Gigabyte AIO 4090 has a crap-tier user experience not even mentioning there is a risk of burn of 100C components in the long run. Gigabyte didn't test everything.
