Where the cable hooks to the rock shaft there are is an about 1/4" diameter stainless shaft that the cable pushes about 3 inches into a stainless tube. It appears to have a full range of motion. The shafts just don't move until about the last 1/4" or 1/2" of the cable movement. That's why I figured it must be the internal adjustment.New Holland Boomer 41. There should be three that you need to be concerned with unless your tractor has a front end loader. The PTO lever is on the left side and just about under your leg. Forward is neutral or unengaged and back is engaged. If you tractor has draft control there is another lever on the right side under your seat.
