After about 4 hours it started resetting itself. I get a message through the Xfinity app saying you’re gateway has been factory reset blah blah blah about every 30 minutes. Can’t use the internet. Phone support has not offered solutions yet. My biggest question is whether it’s the service from the street or my XFi gateway.
