It's crazy reading these posts since the beginning when, it dawned on the community that the grind not just for the Patterns was horrible, but the Exotic drop rate for the new Glaives was even worse. I personally have only gotten 1 Tarnation, and 1 Come To Pass pattern. I abandoned the quest when they just wouldn't drop for me after some time.

Once your first Exotic glaive is ready, you'll have to run Wellspring to obtain blueprints for the rest. It'll take some time, but since the Exotic glaive pattern drop rate issue has been successfully fixed, the grind is now more or less bearable.

First drop was the Hunter Glaive schematic (around 85 clears) Second drop was the Titan one (around 100 clears). A waste of time if you ask me. It took me 3 weeks of grinding Master Wellspring to get the exotic warlock glaive to drop, the hunter one took about 2 hours, it's rng and that's all it is. Awful and weapon crafting blows. The rng to get the right patter to open the weapon to craft blows it all sucks takes the fun out of the game.

Master is not required nor does it affect the drop rate. I ran around 30 normal wellspring in 2 days and got the other 2 to drop last weekend within those runs. You'll get them quicker is all. after you get your first one from the investigation board, the other two patterns come from wellspring.

I got lucky on Vex and 1K though, second completion for them both.
